In-Line Inspection Services
Intelligent Pigging
To address debris and sludge accumulation in pipelines, we utilize pigging technology from our partners Pipecare Ltd. for effective cleaning, promoting unobstructed product flow. Our team assesses each pipeline to select the most suitable pigging method, which can also detect corrosion and measure wall thickness. This approach aligns with industry practices to maintain pipeline integrity.

Application of our pigs:
- ULTRASONIC CRACK DETECTION
- EMAT INSPECTION
- UT INSPECTION
- MFL INSPECTION
- TFI INSPECTION
- CALIPER INSPECTION
- CLEANING AND GAUGING
- FLOW LINE INSPECTION
- TUBING INSPECTION
- MAGNETIC SURFACE INSPECTION
- EXTERNAL MFL SURFACE SCANNER
- FLOW LINES INSPECTION
Remote Visual Inspection
Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) is a non-destructive testing technique that utilizes remotely operated cameras and crawlers to evaluate the integrity of components and infrastructure in areas that are hazardous or inaccessible for direct human intervention. This method is particularly effective for inspecting tubes and pipelines with diameters as small as 1/2 inch and lengths up to 50 meters, employing advanced borescope cameras.

Eddy Current Tube Inspection
Eddy Current Testing (ECT) is a widely utilized non-destructive testing (NDT) method, particularly effective for inspecting non-ferromagnetic materials such as austenitic stainless steel, brass, titanium, and copper.
ECT is adept at detecting small surface cracks and voids in tube surfaces. An advanced form of this method, known as Eddy Current Array (ECA), arranges multiple single elements in a row, allowing for broader coverage in a single pass.
ECA not only enhances inspection speed but also provides improved resolution and clear 2D/3D images of the tested part.

Remote Field Testing (RFT)
Remote Field Testing (RFT) is an electromagnetic non-destructive testing (NDT) method primarily utilized for assessing the integrity of ferromagnetic materials, such as carbon and alloy steel tubing. This technique is particularly effective for detecting both internal and external defects, including corrosion and wall thinning, in steel pipes and tubes.
RFT is commonly employed as a standalone method due to its effectiveness in inspecting ferromagnetic tubing. Its ability to detect small-diameter carbon steel tubes and pipes makes it invaluable across various industries where maintaining the integrity of such components is critical.

Internal Rotary Inspection System (IRIS)
The Internal Rotary Inspection System (IRIS) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) technique that utilizes ultrasound to evaluate the integrity of tubes and pipes. It works on all materials, regardless of properties, has full sensitivity near tube support structures such as tube sheets and it is perfect as a backup to electromagnetic testing

Aerial Inspection (Drone Inspection)
We provide drone-based inspection services using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to survey and assess industrial assets including offshore structures, pipelines, storage tanks, mining infrastructure, and hard-to-reach or hazardous areas. Each inspection is carefully planned (defining flight paths, safety precautions, asset targets). We use high specification drones equipped with high-resolution visual cameras, thermal or other sensors over or inside structures to gather imagery and data. Captured data is then analyzed for defects, corrosion, structural degradation, leaks, or safety hazards.
