Overview

Gecric Integrity restored a leaking process pipe at a power plant using Technowrap™ engineered composite repair. The client needed a live-line solution that would stop the leak, restore structural integrity, and avoid an extended outage.

Planning

• Assessed leak location, remaining wall thickness, and operating conditions

Execution

• Isolated the work area and prepared the pipe surface to the required standard
